Children's Director

Paula Black

 

Paula Black was born and raised in south Oklahoma City.  Married to her husband of 40 years, she is the proud mother of 6 daughters and 13 grandchildren.  For the last 30 years, she has worked in child care, including being a Director and District Manager.   Feeling God leading her in a different direction, she accepted an opportunity 8 years ago to direct a child care center in the Mid-Del School District for teen moms.  This oportunity allowed her to use her experience with daughters to guide young moms, helping them to learn and practice their own parenting skills.  It was at this point that God led her to be a part of the faith family here at Sunny Lane as Children's Director. 

 

Paula is passionate about children and believes she is where God wants her to be, guiding and helping children in all areas of their lives.
