Minister of Music

Bryson Foster

 

 

Bryson Foster is a second-year graduate Choral Conducting student studying with Dr. Randi Von Ellefson. He earned his Bachelor of Science with a Major in Music ( secondary vocal emphasis, minor in piano ) From Texas A&M University- Commerce in 2017.

 

After graduating, Bryson served as Head Choir Director at Farmersville HS and assistant choir director at Desoto HS, as well as served as the choir director at Royse City FUMC.

 Bryson also served as the Music director for Tri-County Chorale, a community choir in east Texas, for 3 seasons.

 

After 3 years as a professional conductor and educator, Bryson began studying organ with Mr.Benjamin Kolodziej in Dallas Texas. Along with being a full time graduate student at OCU, Bryson sings with the Canterbury Voices Chorale, directs the university chapel choir, and serves as assistant music director in various OCU main stage productions.

Bryson loves being the Director of music ministries and Organist at Sunny Lane UMC in Del city while studying Conducting and organ performance at OCU. Bryson is also an Organ technician for Red River Pipe Organ Company.
