Worship at Sunny Lane
Worship at Sunny Lane consists of traditional hymns and contemporary music, meaningful teaching, and the celebration of Communion. Whether you're exploring faith for the first time or have been following Jesus for years, there's a place for you here.
Worship at
Sunny Lane
On Sunday mornings, people gather to encounter God, grow in faith, and connect with each other in a loving faith community. Worship services blend traditional hymns with contemporary music, include meaningful teaching, and we celebrate Communion as a reminder of God's grace for all. Whether you join in person or online, you're welcome here.
9:00 AM
| Casual Contemporary | The Upper Room
Start your Sunday with a relaxed, come-as-you-are vibe. A live band leads worship with newer Christian music alongside old hymns reimagined in a fresh, contemporary style. We celebrate Communion every Sunday, and all are welcome at the table.
This service is casual in every sense — grab a cup of coffee on your way in, and don't be surprised to see Hawaiian shirts in the summer. It's laid-back, warm, and a great place to land whether you're a longtime believer or just checking things out.
Finding the Upper Room:
We're upstairs. Take the elevator by the Fellowship Hall door, or use the main stairs next to the Sanctuary. If you get turned around, just ask — someone will happily point you in the right direction.
11:00 AM
| Classic Worship | Sanctuary
This worship service features classic hymns with organ, piano, orchestra, and choir. We also blend in a few contemporary songs. It is designed to uplift the soul and connect people to God. Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month. Communion is open to anyone who wishes to participate. This service tends to be larger and includes more families with children. Expect meaningful music, practical teaching that connects faith to everyday life, and a diverse, intergenerational community gathered to worship together.

| F4 Wednesdays: Dinner
Food, Fellowship, Faith, and Fun - that's what F4 is all about. During the school year, join the Sunny Lane community for a shared meal on Wednesday evenings. It's a chance to connect with friends, meet new people, and enjoy good food in a relaxed atmosphere. No need to cook dinner or eat alone - just show up, grab a plate, and pull up a chair. We ask for $6 per person as a suggested donation to offset our food costs. The menu rotates weekly and includes things like enchiladas, pizza, roast pork and veggies, and even authentic Filipino fried rice and egg rolls! Everyone's welcome at the table.

Bible Study & Rehearsal
FELLOWSHIP HALL
After dinner, dive deeper into scripture and faith through our Wednesday evening Bible studies. These gatherings are for anyone who wants to explore God's word, ask hard questions, and grow in community. Whether you're new to the Bible or have been studying it for decades, there's room for your voice and your questions. Studies vary by season and topic - come see what we're learning about this session.
SANCTUARY
Music has always been central to worship at Sunny Lane, and Wednesday nights are when the magic happens. The choir and orchestra gather to prepare music for Sunday services, share in fellowship, and offer their gifts to God. Whether you've been singing or playing for years or you're rusty and want to get back into it, there's a place for you. No audition required - just a willingness to make a joyful noise.
